Making the Markdown editor Abricotine portable

As I increasingly want to work with Markdown whenever I can, I was looking for a reliable editor for this. I have been working with Typora before, but unfortunately, it left its beta version status, such that it is not free to use anymore. This is why I was looking for an alternative editor. In this extensive list of editors, I have found Abricotine, which is free and open source software. Sometimes at work I use computers without Administrator rights, thus I am dependent on portable apps. One widely used framework for this is the one of PortableApps.com. I have made some apps like PrusaSlicer to work with this framework before, therefore I have made Abricotine to work with this as well. Inside the package I have added a Powershell bump script, to update the ini files for the installer and launcher with the latest version tag. However, things like building, bumping and releasing are still done manually. These things I may want to automate using Github Actions.
